Agenda
- House Bill 1840 (Kauffman) – Amends the Workers’ Compensation Act to reestablish the Impairment Rating Evaluation process and increase the maximum burial benefit in the Act. The bill was amended in committee on 10/1/18 with A09487, which provides that the American Medical Association “Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment,” 6th edition (second printing April 2009) are incorporated by reference into the Act and strikes the Section 3 applicability provisions.
- House Bill 2206 (Roebuck) – Amends the Workforce Development Act to add a representative of career and technical education to local workforce development boards.
