- SB 742 (K. Ward, Langerholc, Stefano, Vogel, and Brooks): Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) to relieve newer vehicles from emissions testing, including up to 8 years after the vehicle is manufactured.
- Amendment No. 2385 (K. Ward): Provides technical changes to strengthen the State Implementation Plan process.
- SB 743 (K. Ward, Brooks, Langerholc, Stefano, and Vogel): Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) to create a 2-year vehicle emissions testing program.
- Amendment No. 2387 (K. Ward): Provides technical changes to strengthen the State Implementation Plan process.
- SB 744 (Langerholc, K. Ward, Stefano, Vogel, and Brooks): Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) to exempt Blair, Cambria, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Lycoming, Mercer, and Westmoreland Counties from the vehicle emissions testing program.
- Amendment No. 2496 (K. Ward): Provides technical changes to strengthen the State Implementation Plan process.
- SB 745 (Stefano, K. Ward, Langerholc, Vogel, and Brooks): Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) to replace the treadmill and tailpipe emissions tests with the gas cap and visual emissions control device tests for certain vehicles registered in the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh regions.
- Amendment No. 2389 (Stefano): Provides technical changes to strengthen the State Implementation Plan process.
- SB 778 (K. Ward and Scarnati): Amends Titles 74 (Transportation) and 75 (Vehicles) to reduce the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission’s (Commission) annual commitment to support public transportation and to replace the reduction with equivalent contributions from the General Fund.
- Amendment No. 2480 (K. Ward): Provides technical changes to clarify the Commission’s reductions to support public transportation.
